I used these yarn colors for my already knotted necklaces:
Sheets: 88
Vines and flower core: 259 or 496
Flower: 218
 
It is best to enter your chosen yarn numbers in this order. :)
 
 
Stone options: 
Labradorite and rainbow moonstone are knotted with a small cabochon in the flower center. (with faceted labradorite, the small cabochon is also faceted, with faceted oval rainbow moonstone, the small stone is not faceted) 
 
All other stone options are knotted with a small 6mm pearl in the middle, or, if desired, with a cabochon (this usually has to be ordered, which may extend the delivery time by a few days). In my opinion, both options look good:)
